Donations made to Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® are non-refundable.
Under exceptional circumstances, competent government or judicial authorities may direct Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® to refund the donation amount. In such circumstances, Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® shall refund the donation, in part or in full, in a manner as directed by such authority, the maximum refund amount being limited to the donation made.
Terms and Conditions
Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® shall utilize the amount of donation for the specific purpose as specified by the donor at the time of carrying out the transaction for the donation.
If the donation is made as a lumpsum amount without specifying the purpose of donation, Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® reserves the right to utilize the donation amount as per the policy for allocation of lumpsum donation amount.
A receipt and tax exemption certificate (under section 80G of income tax) shall be issued electronically against the donation made via e-mail. Instant confirmation of donation and the transaction details shall be displayed on screen to the donor. The donor is requested to note these details for any future reference. Physical copy of the receipt or tax exemption certificate shall not be issued by Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports®.
The receipt and certificate are instantaneously generated and automatically transmitted. However, due to technical failure or any such similar reason beyond control of Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports®, there may be delay in issuing the receipt and tax exemption certificate. In such a case, Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® shall make all the efforts to issue the same at the earliest possible, and as soon as the technical problem is resolved, or the system is restored.
In case the donor does not receive the receipt and tax exemption certificate within 3 working days, the donor should inform Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® via an email to ceo@sportism.org stating the details of donation, viz., name of donor, date, amount donated, purpose, transaction details and other contact details supplied during the transaction. Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports® shall attend to the query and provide the receipt and tax exemption certificate within 2 working days from the time of receiving the query.
The donor shall be solely responsible for correctness and completeness of the information provided (including address, mobile number and e-mail) while making online donation, this being the only source of information about the donor officially available with Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports®. This information shall be used for any further communication with the donor.
“Sportism” and “Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports®” with the logo, tagline, font, style, graphics, icons, texts, images, videos, colour, etc. are intellectual property and copyright of Sportism movement, an initiative of vBelieve Sports®.
